Owedly connectors

Your connection, explained

What you authorize

You choose Desk or Resolve and review its permissions. Desk can read your placed accounts, recorded status, and payment records, or save placement drafts. Resolve can read and save your own consumer request drafts. Neither grants access to another person's account.

What leaves Owedly

Owedly returns the information needed for the requested tool action to the AI provider you connected. That provider's terms, retention, and privacy settings govern its handling of the response. Account summaries exclude names, phone numbers, email addresses, raw notes, and payment credentials. Drafts contain the information you deliberately supplied.

What Owedly stores

Owedly stores the client name and callback URLs, your permission grant, hashed connector tokens, and saved drafts. Tokens are never stored in plain text. Authorization requests expire after ten minutes, codes after two minutes, and access tokens after 15 minutes. Refresh tokens rotate and expire after seven days.

Audit records contain the account owner, connection, tool name, outcome, and time. They exclude prompts, arguments, token values, and raw account records. A daily cleanup removes audit records older than 30 days. Expired token and code hashes are removed after 14 days; expired authorization requests and rate-limit records after one day. Removal happens on the next daily cleanup, which may add up to 24 hours. Saved drafts remain until account deletion or a completed deletion request.

Your controls

Revoke access in Connections & drafts. Revocation blocks subsequent connector calls immediately, including calls using an unexpired access token. It does not remove information already returned to your AI provider. You can dismiss drafts you no longer need.

What the connector does not do

Do not include passwords, payment credentials, government identifiers, or health records in tool arguments. The connector cannot send collection messages, execute settlements, move money, or decide whether a debt is legally valid. Consumer drafts are not automatically delivered or represented as legal notices.
