• What is Owedly?Owedly is account resolution software for creditors, debt buyers, agencies, collectors, and people who got a call or letter. Owedly is a software and staffing platform. Owedly does not buy or own debts; collection work is performed by the creditor, agency, or a licensed collector they authorize through Owedly. People who got a call or letter use Owedly Resolve. Creditors, agencies, and debt buyers place and work accounts on a desk. Collectors join iCollect. The creditor or agency sets any settlement terms. Owedly's AI only relays and explains offers they have already approved for your account, word for word. It never proposes, negotiates, or changes amounts, and Owedly doesn't charge consumers to use Resolve. Nothing is accepted or paid without your explicit action.
• How does Owedly pricing work?Start with free welcome credits and no card required. Use your dashboard, then add more credits when you need them. There is no monthly subscription or Owedly recovery commission. The pricing page shows your welcome allowance and how usage is calculated.
• How do credits work?AI and connected services draw from your credit balance. You receive welcome credits once when you create your business workspace and accept the terms. Your dashboard shows credits remaining and recent activity. Optional purchases are one-time payments; there is no automatic recharge. Usage details are available on the pricing page.
• Do I need a subscription or pay a recovery commission?No. Owedly charges for metered software usage, with no monthly subscription or percentage of money recovered. Fees agreed separately with a collection agency, payment provider, or other service are separate from Owedly software pricing.No. There is no monthly subscription and no percentage of money recovered. • Resolve vs Collect vs Chargebacks — which door?Resolve is for people who got a call or letter. Collect is for collectors and recruiters: create an account, choose your path, and save your profile. Qualification, live collection work, and referral earnings are not open yet. Chargebacks is for merchants with disputed payments. People and businesses who are owed money start a file at /agree.
• What about out-of-statute (OOS) accounts?Some accounts may still be collectable in a soft sense but not suable under the applicable statute of limitations. Owedly does not turn OOS paper into a lawsuit product. Compliance gates and lawyer-gated templates apply; we do not advise you to sue time-barred debt.
• Do you promise recovery rates or win rates?No. We never publish or promise win rates, recovery percentages, or guaranteed outcomes. Collections and chargeback results depend on facts, evidence, networks, and law.
• Who sets settlement terms?The creditor or agency sets any settlement terms. Owedly's AI only relays and explains offers they have already approved for your account, word for word. • Agency in a Box — what is it?Signed-in desks get a multi-agent floor (Desk Lead, Closer, Compliance, Skip, Disputes, QA). Pack bodies are lease-gated; core desk chat stays available. Outbound Agency Floor actions pass a compliance gate first.
• Where is the official Owedly app?Owedly (owedly.ai) is account resolution software for creditors, debt buyers, agencies, collectors and the people they reach. Our official website is owedly.ai, and our Android app is "Owedly – Account Resolution". Other apps and websites that use the name Owedly are not affiliated with us.
