For a call or a letter

Got a call or letter about a debt?

Owedly Resolve is the door for a person who got a call or a letter about a debt. It is a private space to verify what an account is about and work toward a resolution with the business on the other side. You, the agency, and your agents share one conversation. Owedly is a software and staffing platform. Owedly does not buy or own debts; collection work is performed by the creditor, agency, or a licensed collector they authorize through Owedly.

Get started by signing up or logging in. You can use a phone number, Google, or email. Account details stay private until you confirm them. Signing up does not send a notice or stop calls by itself. Nothing is sent automatically because you created an account.

The creditor or agency sets any settlement terms. Owedly's AI only relays and explains offers they have already approved for your account, word for word. It never proposes, negotiates, or changes amounts, and Owedly doesn't charge consumers to use Resolve. Nothing is accepted or paid without your explicit action.

After you start, Owedly asks who you are relative to the account, including whether it is you or you are authorized, such as a power of attorney or guardian. A short check comes before any account details are shown. Unknown references are not used to reveal someone else's file. If you want to see the steps first, the preview uses sample data only: no account is created, no notices are sent, and no payments are taken.

Resolve is not the collector door and it is not the creditor desk. Collectors join iCollect. Creditors, agencies, and debt buyers place and work accounts on the business desk. Merchants with a card dispute use Chargebacks. If you are owed money, start a file from the agree page instead of Resolve.

Private debt lookup stays a separate verified step inside Owedly. Owedly does not promise outcomes, recovery rates, or that a call will stop. When you are ready, continue to the Resolve signup.

Bring your own assistant: ChatGPT, Claude and other MCP clients can connect with scoped permissions. Your assistant drafts; you approve. Uses your credit balance. Resolve is free for consumers. Optional AI extras use credits.
