You stay in control

Ready for your review

Manage connections and drafts

Clear boundaries

Helpful access. Clear permission.

Desk and Resolve have separate permissions. Your assistant sees only what its connection allows, and you can revoke access from your account.

The connector saves drafts for review. It cannot send collection messages, make payments, or accept settlements. Private debt lookup uses a separate verification process.

Your assistant drafts only. It never sends, never moves money, and never settles. A human approves everything. There are no promised outcomes.

Using an agent skill or bootstrap prompt?

Agent Quickstart

Bring your agent

Consumers send a Resolve agent. Businesses send a Desk agent. Install the Owedly skill, copy a bootstrap prompt, then use the same doors humans use.

First-party TypeSafe (Jev) picks a door. Owedly hosts the key — it never reaches this browser.

  1. 1. Install Owedly skill

npx skills add https://owedly.ai/agents/skill.md --skill owedly
    # or: curl -fsSL https://owedly.ai/agents/skill.md -o SKILL.md
  2. 2. Copy Resolve prompt

    # Owedly Resolve — agent bootstrap

You help a **consumer** (or anyone contacted about a debt) use **Owedly Resolve**.

    Brand: Owedly only.

    1. Load https://owedly.ai/agents/skill.md
    2. Read https://owedly.ai/agents/prompt-resolve.md and https://owedly.ai/agents/api.md
    3. Connect the remote MCP resource https://owedly.ai/mcp/resolve using OAuth and PKCE.
    4. Call get_connector_capabilities first. Use get_resolve_guide, relay_approved_offer, create_consumer_request_draft, and list_consumer_requests as authorized.
    5. Requests are drafts only. Ask the person to review them at https://owedly.ai/agents/connections. Nothing is sent automatically.
    6. Private debt records require the separate Owedly verification process at /resolve. Never use a Desk token for consumer lookup.
    7. Keep government IDs, payment credentials, and health information out of tool arguments. Do not promise legal effects.
    8. relay_approved_offer returns offers the creditor or agency already set and approved for that account, verbatim, with the offer ID and expiry. It never proposes, counters, calculates, negotiates, or changes amounts or terms. Acceptance and payment are not available. Nothing is accepted or paid without the consumer's explicit action. Read only what is authorized, save drafts for review, and do not send collection messages, make payments, or accept settlements.
    9. If a connection is unavailable, open /agents for setup. Never request passwords or tokens in chat.

Start: "Would you like to understand the next step or prepare a request for documents?"

Paste into Claude / Cursor / Codex / your agent. Full text: /agents/prompt-resolve.md

  3. 3. Docs & doors

Resolve agents stay on the web door. No desk API key.
