Owedly for original creditors

Utilities, healthcare, fintech, and retail credit — batch intake, reporting, and mini-Miranda–aware outreach without a garage-SMB tone. One chrome; creditor ACL wakes Desk Lead, Closer, Compliance, Disputes, and QA.

Consumption pricing — One consumption plan: provider usage cost × the current multiplier. No monthly subscription or Owedly recovery commission.

Business billing is managed on owedly.ai.

Owedly gives original creditors a desk for placing portfolios and working them with the agency or collector on the file. Utilities, healthcare, fintech, and retail credit teams use the same product chrome as every other business door. You place accounts, set who can see them, and keep the next step on the file instead of in a side inbox.

The creditor desk wakes Desk Lead, Closer, Compliance, Disputes, and QA. Those agents sit on the Agency in a Box floor. Skip is not part of the default creditor wake set. Outbound actions still pass the compliance gate before they run. Lawyer-gated templates stay gated. Owedly does not turn the desk into a lawsuit product, and it does not promise recovery rates.

Placements are org-scoped. Seat roles and policy templates stay with your organization. Debt-buyer transfer tools stay off unless you enable them. Reporting stays on the same desk as the inventory, so a creditor can see what was placed and what the assigned agency or collector is doing with it.

Pricing is the same consumption plan as the rest of Owedly: provider usage cost times the current multiplier, drawn from credits. New business workspaces start with free welcome credits and no card. There is no monthly subscription and no Owedly percentage of money recovered. Fees you agree with an agency or a payment provider are separate from Owedly software pricing. Your dashboard shows the balance and recent usage.

Sign up for the creditor desk when you are ready to place a portfolio, or log in if your organization is already on Owedly. The creditor signup opens the agree page with the creditor kind selected. If you are a collection agency or a debt buyer, use those doors instead. If you received a call or a letter about a debt, use Owedly Resolve. Owedly is a software and staffing platform. Owedly does not buy or own debts; collection work is performed by the creditor, agency, or a licensed collector they authorize through Owedly.
